1. Services
We provide recruiting services, candidate referrals, talent database access, hiring support, and related consulting services. Website content is for business reference only and does not constitute a binding contract or employment offer.
2. No Employment Relationship
Aplus acts solely as a recruiting service provider and is not the employer. Employment relationships are established directly between candidates and clients, and we are not responsible for hiring decisions or employment outcomes.
3. Candidate Data Usage
Candidate information is provided solely for legitimate recruiting purposes. You may not copy, sell, scrape, export, build databases, train models, or use such information for unauthorized purposes.
4. Non-Circumvention
You may not bypass Aplus to directly engage candidates or avoid service fees. Any circumvention may result in liability for fees and legal action.
5. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate quality, success rate, or retention. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
6. Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in California.
